Downloads every athlete, equipment record, inventory item, board member, board event (with agenda and votes), and settings doc as one JSON file \u2014 a complete snapshot you can keep somewhere safe. This is the record if anything ever needs restoring; use the CSV exports elsewhere in the app when you just want to read something.

Roster import
Upload the registration CSV. Athletes are matched by name + date of birth, so re-importing an updated roster refreshes existing kids instead of duplicating them.
Coach rosters
Printable sheet per team showing every athlete and exactly what they have — helmet, pads, chin strap, or None if they’re on their own gear.

Data cleanup
Finds records where the size was saved as “Other” with the real size in the notes, guesses the size from the note, and lets you confirm each fix.
Mark PYFA chin strap as issued for every athlete who currently has a helmet checked out, in case it wasn’t checked at the time.
Messages become a permanent part of the record 5 minutes after posting and can no longer be edited or removed by anyone, including admins.

Bylaws: new voting members observe but don\u2019t vote for one year unless the board approves early. New members auto-fill a restriction one year out \u2014 clear the date to approve them early, or set any date you like.

Full league schedule. Tap any matchup to enter its score once it's played. Conference games count toward the season point standings automatically \u2014 winner gets the margin of victory (capped at 15), loser loses it. Non-conference games don't count.
